How We Pack Your Order

At Artisiem, we take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. Each item is carefully packaged using high-quality materials to provide maximum protection during transit.

Frames and Framed Posters

  • Frames: Our frames are pre-packed with corner protectors and a protective film to prevent scratches. They are then placed in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges for added protection.
  • Multi-Item Orders: For multi-frame orders (up to 2 frames), we use additional I-beams to ensure the package remains sturdy.
  • Framed Posters: Posters are packaged separately in durable paperboard folders, with up to 10 posters per folder for secure handling.
  • Plexiglass Protection: Plexiglass frames come with a protective film on both sides (often with a blue hue), which may be mistaken for scratches or bubbles. Simply remove the film for a flawless finish.

Canvas, Acrylic, and Metal Prints

  • Protection: These prints are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes with reinforced edges, ensuring your artwork stays safe.
  • Additional Padding: We use bubble wrap or craft paper for extra protection during shipping.
  • Acrylic Prints: Acrylic prints come with a protective film on the front (which may appear milky, green, or blue). This film is designed to prevent damage and should be removed upon unboxing.
