At Artisiem, we are committed to delivering quality wall art products to our customers. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the nature of custom and personalized orders. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Quality Defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect affecting its quality.
- Major Design Difference: If the product design significantly differs from the order or what was displayed.
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at management@artisiem.org. Our team will review your case and assist with the next steps.
Refund or Replacement Process
- If the product is defective or substantially different in design, we will provide a complimentary replacement.
- If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the product.
Shipping costs for eligible returns will be covered by us in case of replacement.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:
- Customized Products: Personalized, custom-made orders cannot be returned or refunded, as they are crafted specifically for each customer.
- Customer Remorse: Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to quality or design defects.
- Incorrect Address Provided: If the provided address is insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely.
- Rejected Shipment: If a shipment is rejected upon delivery, it will be returned and disposed of safely.
- Unclaimed Package: If the order is unclaimed at the delivery address or pick-up point, it may be returned to us. In such cases, you will need to place a new order. We will refund the product price for the new order, but shipping costs will still apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We recommend reviewing all order details thoroughly, including files and shipping information, before proceeding to checkout to prevent any errors. However, if a mistake is identified in the product or shipping address, or if an order needs to be canceled for any reason, you may do so only if the order has not yet been sent for manufacturing.
Once an order’s status progresses beyond “Passed” (marked as “Printed” or “Shipped”), changes or cancellations are no longer possible. The order will proceed to be printed and shipped as initially placed.
General Return & Refund Conditions
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be in their original condition (except for defective or incorrect items).
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
